This is one of my favorite pieces I have made. It is so unique that it is a rectangle that is slightly cupped. I think I would classify it as a plate or jewelry dish. The dimensions of this piece are 9" long, 4 3/4" wide, and 3/4" tall. The dishing is around 1/2".
